We dedicate much thought and time to creating and producing healthy, delicious, and beautifully presented meals that suit the palates of our resident guests. All dishes are made from scratch, in-house, using the finest, freshest ingredients. Freshly baked bread is delivered daily from the famed Sullivan Street Bakery. Our kitchen garden provides the fresh herbs we use in our recipes – rosemary, basil, sage, oregano, thyme, lemon balm, and others. We also grow mangoes, key limes, starfruit, sour oranges, lemons, papaya and other fruit here. We serve three meals a day “restaurant style” with gracious hospitality in our sunlight filled dining room. Bay Oaks residents frequently report on their rapidly improved overall well-being as a direct result of the balanced, healthful, nutritious — and delicious —  meals we serve.
